This policy is for those that may have an extremely rare allergic reaction to our metals

Our jewelry is classed as nickel free and hypoallergenic.

Our jewelry contains, stainless steel, copper, 18k and 14k gold plating and 925 silver for some silver pieces.

The term is used to express that a jewellery item is less likely to cause an allergic reaction compared to others in the marketplace.

We have sold over 10,000 products and have never had an allergic reaction complaint.

If you have a very rare case of an allergic reaction, we would recommend for you to return your jewelry to us (if not received in original packaging we cannot issue a refund) 

We would also recommend for a metal skin test as our metals are extremely skin sensitive so if a rare allergic reaction happened you should definitely know what metal it is you’re allergic to. 

We may pay half of the shipping fee if a receipt is provided to us.
