Subscriptions renew on the 5th of each month until cancelled.

All mail is sent via untracked standard post from New Zealand, so delivery takes on average around 2–4 weeks for international orders (but can take up to 6 weeks with delays).

All prints are shipped in the first week of the month they are intended for.

Example: If you sign up in April, you’ll receive May’s edition, which ships in the first week of May.

If your order has already been placed and you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Us page with your order number and new address. We’ll do our best to update it for you before it ships.

If you want to update an address for future orders only, please update your details in your subscription portal before the renewal date.

Yes! You can cancel anytime, subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month.

All mail is sent via standard post so delivery times can vary. Please allow 2–6 weeks for your print to arrive, especially for international orders.

Mail getting lost is very unlikely but your first delivery can take the longest. It may feel like a longer wait if you ordered earlier in the month, as all mail is shipped in the first week of the following month.

If it’s been longer than 6 weeks and your mail hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us straight away and we’ll happily send a replacement :)

Absolutely! Just please avoid purchasing two Print Club subscriptions under the same address. Each subscription should be set up using the recipient’s address at checkout, so we can ensure their print is delivered to them each month.

No! We send your print as a standard international letter and declare it as a low-value printed item. This means no customs fees or VAT will apply.

To include a note for your recipient, simply add your message in the “Note to seller” or gift message box before checking out.
