PRINT CLUB
Here are some frequently asked questions and answers about our Evergreenmoon Print Club
The Fairies Only Print Club is a monthly subscription where you receive a collectible art print illustrated by me, Shona, along with some other goodies. Each piece is inspired by nature, animals, and dreamy celestial worlds.
No! We send your print as a standard international letter and declare it as a low-value printed item. For most countries, including the U.S, this means no customs fees or VAT will apply
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll send the print to them each month
Simply choose the Fairies Only Print Club product and add to cart, then check out!
All prints are sent via standard snail mail, so delivery can take between 3-6weeks depending on your location. You’ll always get the print for the month you joined but it will be received the following month.
Yes! You can cancel anytime, subscriptions are billed on the 3rd of each month.
Just login to our subscription portal to access, edit, cancel or pause your subscription!
Please allow 3–6 weeks for international delivery. If you haven’t received your print after 6 weeks, contact us and we’ll send out a new one.
SHIPPING FOR JEWELRY ORDERS

Everything is shipped and packaged directly from us in our small studio in New Zealand!
We ship Internationally to most countries around the world!
If you don't see your country when checking out be sure to let us know, there may be a reason for why we don't ship there.
USA: All duties and tariffs are calculated and paid at checkout so no surprise charges when your order arrives!
Europe: Customs and VAT may be charged on orders exceeding a certain amount, this completely depends on your country so please check the VAT and/or custom duty fees for your country.
In the past, we helped cover part of the customs fees for our European customers (excluding VAT). However, we’ve since been advised that all customs and import charges must be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that if customs fees are refused or unpaid and the order is returned to us because of this, shipping costs will not be refunded. We truly appreciate your understanding and support as we follow these regulations.
JEWELRY:
- Europe, North America, South America, Asia: 3-21 working days
- Australia: 2-6 working days
- New Zealand: Delivery target is next working day
Processing times depending on how busy we are may be an additional 2-3days.
Please note that these shipping times are only estimations and we are not in control and have no responsibility over the postal service, in rare cases your order could take 21-31days.
ART PRINTS: As our art prints are shipped from a warehouse closet to you, you can expect them delivered within 2-9days.
Yes all orders come with a tracking number.
Some countries like the Czech Republic only have shipping options available without a tracking number.
RESTOCKS

Yes you can be notified when an item is back in stock.
Click on the sold out item you want. There will be a form below the item written "NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK"
Input your email address and you will receive an email when an item is restocked!
We always restock sold out items. If we aren't going to restock a particular item we will announce that on our instagram story or via email to our subscribers.
Our items can take slightly longer to be restocked as they are all handmade, some products take days or weeks to make and put together.
We will always have an official launch or restock date available nearer our restock.

Yes, all of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free.
Our jewelry does not cause rashes, green skin or irritations.

No, our jewelry will not make your skin turn green or cause irritations. We are sure to use materials that do not cause green skin.
Our jewelry is made with non tarnish high quality materials which should last forever!
However over time if you expose your jewelry with moisture, acids or oils on a daily basis they will eventually wear down the gold platings causing them to lose their shine.
This isn't a question of quality it's something that's inevitable if you don’t properly care for your jewelry.

Your polish cloth is for brass jewelry.
Only brass jewelry will become darker than usual overtime and if exposed to moisture. Some of our jewelry will contain brass we always have that in their description.
This isn’t anything to worry about, brass is beautiful and very lightweight which is why it’s common to use in jewelry.
It just means you need to polish it and the Color will go back to brand new!
We provide polish cloths with every order, even non brass jewelry.
EARRING SETS
How many earrings in one set…
All our earring sets come with 4 earrings in total. So 1 pair of each earring in the set.
Unlike many other jewelry businesses that claim to sell earring sets but only provide 1 earring, we want to make sure you get your moneys worth by receiving the full set in one purchase!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns if your order meets our return requirements:
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
It must also be in the original gift bag and/or box provided. Items that appear damaged, worn or used won't be liable for a full refund or a refund at all depending on their condition.
Requests to return items due to quality problems, shipping damage, color, style or size errors must be accompanied by photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem with the item received.

We love reading all your kind messages although sometimes due to high volumes of message requests it may take a while for us to get back to you.
