Our business used to be based in France and we only recently moved to New Zealand so most if not all our customers are international and are based in Europe and the USA.
We have international orders daily and have had no issues with customs, etc.
We have also made sure our shipping prices are low so you can enjoy our jewelry no matter what country you live in!
Customs completely depend on your country, they are charged to you from your country and not us.
We unfortunately have no control over them but we do however offer to refund half the amount paid if you send us the customs receipt!
Estimated delivery times for jewelry orders:
- Europe, North America, South America, Asia: 3-14 working days
- Australia: 2-3 working days
- New Zealand: Delivery target is next working day
Please note that these shipping times are only estimations and we are not in control and have no responsibility over the postal service, in rare cases your order could take 21-31days.
For orders that aren't jewelry and have free shipping, art prints..ect: our framed art prints shipping times are different because they are shipped from warehouses in your country so you can expect slightly faster shipping times.
Estimated shipping times for these orders are 4-10 days. (on average delivery times are 4-7 days)
Processing times:
Processing times are different to shipping times, this is how long until your order will be shipped out and marked as dispatched. Your jewelry orders take time to be packaged and this can vary on how busy we are but please be assured each order is packaged as soon as possible.
Typical shipping dispatch times are 1-5 business days (although that is only an estimation and most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.)
Our framed art prints shipping times are different to our jewelry because they are shipped from warehouses in your country so you can expect slightly faster shipping times.

Our business is located in New Zealand.
We used to be based in France but moved to New Zealand in early 2023.
The majority of our customers are from Europe and the United States!
Our jewelry is hand packaged and directly shipped by us so a jewelry order has its own shipping cost.
Our framed arts also have their own different shipping costs as they are shipped directly from a warehouse closest to your country.
For example if you place an order with jewelry and wall art. The jewelry might be 10$ shipping and the wall art 5$ shipping. So total shipping cost would be 15$.
Yes all orders come with a tracking number.
Some countries like the Czech Republic only have shipping options available without a tracking number.
RESTOCKS

Yes you can be notified when an item is back in stock.
Click on the sold out item you want. There will be a form below the item written "NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK"
Input your email address and you will receive an email when an item is restocked!
We always restock sold out items. If we aren't going to restock a particular item we will announce that on our instagram story or via email to our subscribers.
Our items can take slightly longer to be restocked as they are all handmade, some products take days or weeks to make and put together.
We will always have an official launch or restock date available nearer our restock.

Yes, all of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and nickel free.
Our jewelry does not cause rashes, green skin or irritations.

No, our jewelry will not make your skin turn green or cause irritations. We are sure to use materials that do not cause green skin.
Our jewelry is made with non tarnish high quality materials which should last forever!
However over time if you expose your jewelry with moisture, acids or oils on a daily basis they will eventually wear down the gold platings causing them to lose their shine.
This isn't a question of quality it's something that's inevitable if you don’t properly care for your jewelry.

Your polish cloth is for brass jewelry.
Only brass jewelry will become darker than usual overtime and if exposed to moisture. Some of our jewelry will contain brass we always have that in their description.
This isn’t anything to worry about, brass is beautiful and very lightweight which is why it’s common to use in jewelry.
It just means you need to polish it and the Color will go back to brand new!
We provide polish cloths with every order, even non brass jewelry.
EARRING SETS
How many earrings in one set…
All our earring sets come with 4 earrings in total. So 1 pair of each earring in the set.
Unlike many other jewelry businesses that claim to sell earring sets but only provide 1 earring, we want to make sure you get your moneys worth by receiving the full set in one purchase!
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We gladly accept returns if your order meets our return requirements:
The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.
It must also be in the original gift bag and/or box provided. Items that appear damaged, worn or used won't be liable for a full refund or a refund at all depending on their condition.
Requests to return items due to quality problems, shipping damage, color, style or size errors must be accompanied by photos or other evidence clearly showing the problem with the item received.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We unfortunately don't allow custom pieces at this time.
