For international shipping outside of New Zealand there is a small surcharge for postage. Sent via stamped, untracked snail mail.

All monthly letters are shipped at the end of each month/first week of the following month so that they arrive during the month they’re meant for

February’s letter ship end of January/First week of February

Yes! you can cancel anytime, subscriptions are billed on the 5th of each month. Log into the subscription portal to access and manage your subscription.

All prints are sent by standard mail to keep your subscription affordable. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks internationally.

Please allow maximum 6 weeks for international delivery. If you haven't received your print after 6 weeks, contact us at evergreenmoonshop@gmail.com and we'll find a solution!

No! We send your print as a standard international letter and declare it as a low value printed item. So this means no customs or VAT will be charged.

Absolutely! Just enter the recipients address at checkout, and we'll send the goodies to them each month.
